- Name, email, password (stored securely by our website platform), profile photo, or details from Google or Facebook if you sign in with them.
- Marketplace details
- Listing information, photos, country and location; for sellers, phone, email and licence or registration details; records of listing fees and contact unlock payments.
- Community content
- Comments, reactions, group posts and photos.
- Contact and newsletter
- Messages you send through our contact form (your name, email, phone if given, country, topic and message) and your newsletter subscription (your email).
- Sign-in records
- When you sign in to your REALM account, we record your name, email and the time, so we can keep accounts safe and stop misuse.
- Technical data
- IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies.
2. How we use it
To run your account and the marketplace, process fees, verify licences, share seller contact details with buyers who unlock them or request them through support, send newsletters and notifications, moderate the community, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the site.
4. Storage and security
Your information is stored by our service providers and may be held outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards, including Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection, email verification and restricted admin access.
Contact form messages, newsletter sign-ups and sign-in records are also kept in REALM’s own records database (hosted by Cloudflare) so our team can reply to you and follow up. Only authorised REALM staff can see them. Sign-in records are deleted after 12 months; messages and sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile, unsubscribe using the link in any email, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Website chat
The chat on this website is REALM’s own. An automatic helper answers from this website’s published information, and a REALM team member can take over when you ask for a person or need help with something personal. If you give your name or email in the chat, the team uses them only to reply to you. The website’s automatic helper does not log or store your name, email or messages; chats you start with the team are kept in REALM’s own chat inbox so we can reply. Please don’t share passwords, card or bank details or ID numbers in the chat.

REALM is not intended for anyone under 18.
