1. Accounts
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. One person, one account. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, post spam or harm the community.
2. Your content
You own what you post: comments, photos, group posts and listings. You give REALM a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in our newsletter and promotions. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
3. Community rules
Follow our Community Guidelines. No spam, hate speech, harassment, scams, misleading information or illegal content. Moderators may remove content without notice.
4. The marketplace
Use of the marketplace is also covered by the Marketplace Terms. REALM is a listing platform only: we are not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers.
5. Newsletter and information
Newsletter articles and site content are general information only. They are not legal, financial, veterinary or agronomic advice. Get professional advice for your situation.
6. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, REALM is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, member content, or dealings between members. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
